WatchStocks - Usage

In general
You must be connected to the Internet and (for real trading) You need a connection to a stockbroker (f.e.: ConSors) who allows fast transactions.
Important: If You buy or sell, earn or lose money is Your own decision! The author is in neither way responsible for the decisions You make!

First time usage
Connect to the Net and start the WatchStocks program at least three times per day (in the morning, at noon and in the evening) or stay online the whole day. Repeat this on three working days. As long as You see 'Not enough data' in the Chart Window do not believe anything. Answer all questions carefully (see: 'DontKnow Window', 'Special Window', etc.).

Daily usage

  When online the Chart Windows show the fastest growing stocks. If You decide to buy, press the Hold button. The current stock value (delayed by the stocks-server!) will be shown in the hold value text field.
Order the stocks (set a price limit) - and when You get the order verification with the price You paid...  
  ... enter the paid price in the hold value text field and press the hold button again. The next time the stocks are analyzed (after 60s) You'll see that You lost some money. That's clear: The paid price is higher than the last quote received from the stocks server.
  The stocks with an assigned stock value (hold) are always shown in front of all windows. The gain or loss of money is clearly visible and the analysis of the value regression still continues...
If You think its time to sell (not as late as You see 'lost 100%') send a sell order to Your stock broker...  
  ... and when You get the 'sold' verification click the hold button again. The hold value will be released (set to zero).

There a three program modes
IntraDay is on
This is the default mode. The stocks are sorted by
  1. The hold value (if set)
  2. The heaviest growing price -- analyzed over the current day
IntraDay is off
The stocks are sorted by
  1. The hold value (if set)
  2. The heaviest growing price -- analyzed over the last weeks
Press the 'IntraDay' button to switch this mode on or off
View any stock You want
The stocks are sorted by
  1. The hold value (if set)
  2. The selected stock
  3. The heaviest growing price -- analyzed over the current day or the last weeks (see 'IntraDay')
To view any stock chart You want, click inside a chart window and select 'View another stock' from the popup menu
To remove the shown stock from the view list, double click the 'Hold' button (a single click sets the hold value)

A tip
Play with the program some days without really trading. Check if all works well and if You understand what's happening. It's a question of Your own money!!!
